Heart Bowls

Fresh out of the kiln this week are a few of my latest heart dishes. They are popular designs so I’ve made more which are being fired as I type! These dishes will be coming to my next craft fair this Sunday 31st at The Benn Hall in Rugby, Warwickshire.

They are available to purchase on my website in the Bowls & Dishes section at the moment, but everything on my website will be ‘on hold’ on Sunday in case it sells at the craft fair. I’m hoping to sell lots – this fair was a great success last year with people buying gifts for Christmas.

I think ceramics has got to be the craft at the top of the list where the most patience is required. Each complete kiln firing takes approx 2 days, and I’ve got to wait until tomorrow before the kiln can be opened, but I have no patience!!

Hope you are all having a great weekend, Happy Halloween!

  1. Really beautiful – I especially like the flower ones 🙂

  2. Ooh no, I could never wait two days for a finished product…..I am one of those impatient crafters who expects the project to last no longer than 1 hour from start to finish. But I have to admit that your dishes are absolutely fabulous so perhaps I should take more time with my crafting after all. Good luck with the craft fair Charlotte.
