I am so sorry if you have recently lost someone, or a pet, dear to you. I would love to create a sentimental, memorable keepsake for you or your family and loved ones, preserving some of the funeral flowers so that you can always remember heart-warming cherished moments of a loved one who has passed.
I like to think that my flower preserved ceramic pieces lift peoples’ spirits, and are a wistful reminder of events that bear a resemblance to cherished past experiences in life.
I have worked with flowers from just a few days old when they are still in their fresh state, to funeral flower sprays and stems that have been stored up in an attic for over 3 years and have turned dry and crispy. Stems that have been pressed between heavy books or similar can also still be beautifully preserved in clay.
Charlotte created the most amazing bespoke pieces from my dad’s preserved funeral flowers. Each piece was a surprise Christmas gift which arrived safely and ahead of time. The packaging for such delicate items was perfect. The pieces she created incorporated the detail we wanted and more! Rather than saying goodbye to your flowers in the compost bin, you can say hello to their new lease of life by having them preserved into ceramic objects where you can see them every day.
Pieces can be handmade to any size or shape and can be personalised with names, dates, initials or quotes if desired, making the piece completely bespoke and personal to you.

Unless you are local to my studio in Northamptonshire (UK), and are able to drop off your flowers, I would ask that you send them to me in the post. Flowers travel best packaged between layers of kitchen roll.
Depending on your budget, you can choose which piece(s) you would like making from my price list that I will send to you via email. Once your flowers are received, I will be in touch to let you know, and will then make a start on your pieces. Delivery is around 5-6 weeks in most cases.
Once your ceramic flower preserved pieces are complete, you will receive them in the post, packaged beautifully in a box.

If you would like your flowers returned after they have been used to create your unique pieces (although they may be a little squashed and some may fall apart!), I am more than happy to include them in the box when sending your completed piece to you. Please let me know if you would like the flowers returned at the time of ordering, otherwise they will be recycled.
