All items are designed and handmade in the UK using naturally sourced materials.
Every care has been taken to ensure that all images and descriptions of the products contained on this website are as correct and reliable as possible, although the information may not always be accurately up to date. Every effort is made to keep this website up and running smoothly. However, Charlotte Hupfield Ceramics takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Postage & Packaging

Items will be dispatched within 1-2 days after payment has been received. Most items are sent via Royal Mail. Postage costs are always kept as low as possible, however some items are a lot heavier than others and may be charged at higher rates. Postage costs include packaging as well as posting, and recycled packaging is used wherever possible. Items purchased from my online shop are all in stock and as each piece is unique,  in most cases only one of each item is available.  Please note that any custom/personalised orders or items being specially made may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.


Payment is accepted via PayPal, BACS or credit card when ordering through the website, which is a secure and confidential method. Alternatively I can accept payment via cheque if preferred – please email me with the details of your order to arrange this, and so that I can reserve any items for you. Please note that paying by cheque can delay delivery of your order.

Product Information

Every care is taken to ensure that all images and descriptions of our products are accurate. Glaze finishes & colours and sizes of pieces may vary slightly from item to item but this will not affect the overall look of the design.

Returns & Refunds

I hope you will be happy with your purchases. However if you are not satisfied, or if an item arrives broken or damaged, please inform me within 2-3 days of receiving the delivery by sending a photo via e-mail.

Returned items must be packaged in a secure parcel with original packaging and in their original condition, with proof of purchase. A refund will then be arranged, or items exchanged if required. I regret that postage cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty. All sale or custom made items are final.

This policy is effective from 20/12/2017.

The information collected from our customers includes name, contact information including email address, and a delivery address. This information is gathered and stored for internal record keeping. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers and other information that we think you may find useful, using the email address which you have provided. We will never pass your details on to any third parties.
