How we use & store your Personal Data:

GENERAL PRIVACY
The information you provide via subscription to our mailing list or via email/telephone will be used solely within Charlotte Hupfield Ceramics. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. All of the data we store is password protected. We plan on keeping the stored data for no longer than 10 years.

PURCHASING DATA
When you purchase a product through our online shop, your name, address, email, contact number and which products you purchased will be stored in our ecommerce system called WooCommerce.  We will not use your data to send you any promotional information unless you have opted in to do so.

MAILING LIST
When subscribing to our newsletter we collect personal information including name and email address. We use this to tell you about new products, special offers and discounts, workshop dates and our general news. We also use this to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information.
We use a third-party provider called MailChimp to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email openings and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. For more information please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. THIRD PARTIES
Under no circumstances will we sell, trade or rent email lists or your personal information to others.
