This German market in Birmingham was a good day out on Saturday, but it was so packed with people all over the place!
I loved all the bright lights from the trees, christmas decorations on buildings, and lights on the wooden huts with all the scrummy food and handmade gifts inside. There wasn’t as many stalls as I expected, but I think I let my expectations get too high from the christmas market I visited in Mainz, Germany last year. Still I would recommend a visit to this market in Birmingham for a good day out.
The pretzel shaped bread and chocolate covered marshmallows were my favourite!! 🙂
I love German Christmas markets! I went to Nuremberg's… must be 10 years ago now. It was so Christmassy especially as it snowed as well:) I guess it will never be quite the same in the UK though.
