Work in progress

I’ve been getting ready for a craft fair this weekend, at Castle Ashby. I took a few photos of work in progress, although they look completely different when fired. I don’t usually like people to see my work in the making stages, as I’m worried it might put them off, because it can look a bit of a mess! But then I decided that its good for others to see how different things are created.

My set of coasters (top image) have proven to be quite popular so far. I am currently working on some new shapes and designs to develop my range.

I’ve been working on a series of wall plaques and magnets, with different words and phrases written on them. I’m hoping these will be quite attractive to buyers, as I’ll have a range of pieces in different price ranges, with the magnets being the cheapest at £1 each.

I love to see what others have been busy creating… What have you made??
