Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier (DPD) with a signiture required upon delivery. If your parcel has not been received within 5 working days a tracking number can be provided.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Please note that all prices apply to UK mainland addresses. I am happy to ship items overseas - please contact me for a quote for shipping before buying. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect all fragile pieces. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected, with recycled packaging used wherever possible.

Returns

I hope you will be happy with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied or if there are any problems please inform me within 7 days and return the items within 14 days with their original packaging. Returned items must be packaged in a secure parcel and in their original condition, with proof of purchase. I will then arrange a full refund or exchange for another item if required. I regret that postage cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty.
