At the weekend…
What another lovely weekend it has been, with a mixture of warm weather, making new work, spring cleaning the house, clothes shopping, jogging in preparation for Race For Life, and a brilliant day yesterday with both mine and Dave’s Mums over for Mother’s Day. Rather than cooking a full sit down meal, we decided to do buffet type food and that went down really well. There was LOADS of food, and still lots left!
We took our Mums on a trip to a big garden centre which they enjoyed. I bought some artificial daffodils to replace these real ones on the kitchen window sill when they die. They are such a happy colour and really brighten up the kitchen.
