Feeling Festive

I’m feeling very festive this week – the mince pies are out, and Christmas shopping is well underway. Especially for my customers, it would appear!  I love wrapping and packing orders, always imagining them being opened by the recipient.

We have decided to go for a real Christmas tree in our new house this year, I’m so excited to pick a tree and decorate it. I may use some of my handmade ceramic Christmas decorations.

More personalised ceramic stars are ready with another batch in progress. These have been taking over my studio over the past few weeks! They will look lovely hanging on a Christmas tree, and can also be hung anywhere around the house.

I’m very excited about these holly leaves I’ve been making for a special collaborative project. I can’t tell you what they are for yet, but I can tell you they are for a school project 🙂 Details to follow soon!

Tomorrow evening I will be at The Courtyard Cafe at Bishops Court in Daventry with a selection of my latest pieces for sale. A few of the shops and boutiques will be staying open for a special indulgence evening… come and join us if you are local! I can’t wait for more mince pies and some mulled wine!
